My Journey
About Puneeth Kumar U

My path into digital marketing.

My career did not begin in digital marketing. It developed through sales, business development, customer conversations, practical marketing work and teaching.
Each stage added a different perspective: how businesses sell, how customers decide, how teams execute and how marketing can become more structured.
Today, I am the Founder of Trivana Digital Solutions, supporting businesses across digital growth strategy, SEO, paid media, websites, content, conversion and marketing systems.

The Journey

A business-first foundation.

Sales and business development taught me that marketing cannot be separated from the customer, the offer and the follow-up experience.
A campaign may create attention, but the business still needs a clear message, a suitable service, a useful website and a reliable process for responding to enquiries.
That foundation continues to shape how I approach digital marketing today.
Education and Early Leadership

Learning to organise ideas, people and responsibility.

I completed a Bachelor of Computer Applications at SSMRV College from 2012 to 2015, followed by an MBA in Marketing at AMC Engineering College under Visvesvaraya Technological University from 2015 to 2017.
During my MBA, I served as CEO of the Entrepreneurship Cell supported by the Wadhwani Foundation. The role involved organising activities, workshops and inter-college initiatives.
I completed the MBA with First Class and received the Best Outgoing Student Award in 2017.

Trivana Digital Solutions · Founder

Founded Trivana Digital Solutions to support businesses with practical digital growth across strategy, SEO, paid media, websites, content, conversion and marketing systems.
The Transition

Why digital marketing became the next direction.

My earlier roles were built around sales conversations, partner relationships, lead follow-up and commercial targets.
During the COVID period, I saw how quickly traditional sales environments could be disrupted. That experience pushed me to study how businesses could build visibility, communicate value and create demand through digital channels.
The transition was not an overnight reinvention. It involved learning, practical work, website and search projects, campaign exposure, content development and eventually training others.
Current Work

Connecting marketing activity with business context.

Current Work
My work today sits across entrepreneurship, strategy, client delivery and implementation.
Through Trivana Digital Solutions, I help businesses review websites, improve search visibility, plan campaigns, strengthen content, clarify conversion paths, improve reporting and connect marketing activity more closely with business goals.
I do not treat SEO, paid media, content, websites and analytics as isolated activities. They should support one customer journey and one set of business priorities.
The objective is not to add more marketing for the sake of activity. It is to make the direction, execution and measurement more useful.

Learning and Mentoring

Teaching has strengthened how I work.

Training and mentoring require more than subject knowledge. They require the ability to organise information, explain why an activity matters, review practical work and adapt the explanation to different learner backgrounds.
Across my broader learning and mentoring work, I have supported more than 5,000 learners through sessions, workshops, bootcamps, project guidance and practical digital marketing support.
Course and learning-resource development was one part of my role at Skillfloor®, alongside client delivery, training and mentoring. That experience continues to support the broader work I now do across digital growth, client delivery and practical execution.

Working Principles

The principles I carry forward.

01

Understand before recommending

The business, audience, offer and existing activity need to be understood first.
02

Connect the channels

Search, campaigns, content, websites and measurement should support one another.
03

Use evidence carefully

Performance data should guide decisions without pretending that correlation proves the cause.
04

Keep learning practical

Frameworks and tools are useful only when they improve a real decision or action.
05

Communicate clearly

Recommendations should explain what matters, why it matters and what happens next.
06

Stay realistic

Results depend on the market, offer, execution, budget, competition and customer experience.
Recommendations
