CLAUSE 2
2. Purpose of the Website
The Website provides information about my professional background, services, selected work, learning options, articles and contact methods.
Website content is general information. Viewing the Website, downloading a public resource or submitting an enquiry does not by itself create a consultant-client, trainer-learner, agency, employment, partnership or other professional relationship.
CLAUSE 3
3. Eligibility and Capacity
You must use the Website lawfully and have the legal capacity required for the action you take.
If you are under 18, you should use the Website under the supervision of a parent or lawful guardian. A paid engagement involving a minor must be confirmed by a legally competent parent, guardian or authorised organisation.
CLAUSE 4
4. Permitted Use
You may access and use the Website for lawful personal, professional or internal business purposes, including reviewing information, reading articles and making a genuine enquiry.
CLAUSE 5
5. Prohibited Use
You must not:
- Use the Website for an unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, abusive or harmful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, hosting, forms, accounts, data or connected systems.

- Infringe intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality or other legal rights.
- Circumvent security, access restrictions, usage controls or technical measures.
CLAUSE 6
6. Enquiries and Service Acceptance
Submitting a contact form, email, WhatsApp message or other enquiry does not guarantee a response, availability, project acceptance, booking, quotation or outcome.
A paid engagement begins only after the scope, deliverables, responsibilities, timeline, fees, payment terms and other applicable conditions are confirmed in writing.
I may accept, decline, pause or refer an enquiry based on availability, expertise, conflict, suitability, legal risk or other reasonable considerations.
CLAUSE 7
7. Electronic Communications and Contract Formation
You agree that enquiries, proposals, approvals, confirmations, invoices and other communications may be exchanged electronically.
A service contract may be formed electronically when a written proposal, statement of work, engagement email or similar document is accepted and any required advance or confirmation condition is completed.
An automated acknowledgement or Thank You page confirms receipt only. It does not by itself confirm acceptance of an engagement.
CLAUSE 8
8. Service Documents and Order of Precedence
These Terms govern general Website use. Paid services may also be governed by a proposal, statement of work, invoice, Service Engagement Terms, Cancellation and Refund Policy or other written agreement.
If there is a conflict regarding a paid engagement, the specifically agreed service document will prevail over these general Website Terms for that engagement, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
CLAUSE 9
9. Fees, Payments, Rescheduling and Refunds
Website browsing and general enquiries are free unless clearly stated otherwise.
Fees for consulting, implementation, mentoring, project reviews, workshops or other services are shared after the requirement is reviewed because scope, preparation, duration, participants, location and support needs can vary.
Payment, cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms will be stated in the relevant proposal, invoice, Service Engagement Terms or Cancellation and Refund Policy.
No date is reserved and no work is required to begin until the applicable confirmation and payment conditions are completed.
CLAUSE 10
10. Accuracy and Changes to Website Information
Reasonable efforts are made to keep Website information useful and current. However, digital platforms, laws, prices, availability, tools, practices and external services can change.
Website content may be corrected, updated, reorganised, suspended or removed without prior notice.
You should verify important information before relying on it for a business, legal, financial, technical or other material decision.
CLAUSE 11
11. No Performance Guarantees
No guarantee is made regarding search rankings, traffic, enquiries, lead quality, sales, revenue, campaign performance, platform approval, employment, promotion, certification, learning mastery or business growth.
Results may depend on the market, competition, offer, budget, website, data quality, implementation, follow-up, customer experience, platform changes and factors outside my control.
Examples, testimonials, case summaries and past outcomes are not promises of the same result for another person or business.
CLAUSE 12
12. Intellectual Property
Unless stated otherwise, the Website design, original copy, articles, frameworks, graphics, documents, templates, presentations, training resources and other original material are owned by me or used with permission.
You may view Website content and share links for lawful personal or internal reference.
You may not reproduce, republish, sell, license, translate, modify, distribute, scrape, train a model on, create a competing resource from or commercially exploit substantial Website content without prior written permission, except where the law expressly permits.
CLAUSE 13
13. Third-Party Names, Logos and Client Material
Third-party names, trademarks, logos, screenshots and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
Their appearance on the Website does not transfer ownership and does not necessarily imply endorsement, partnership or sponsorship unless expressly stated.
Client or project material will be displayed only where there is an appropriate right, permission or lawful basis to do so.

You should not send confidential, proprietary, regulated or sensitive information until suitable confidentiality, access and security arrangements are agreed.
By submitting material, you grant a limited permission to review and use it only as reasonably necessary to respond to the enquiry, assess the requirement or perform an agreed service.
Submitting material does not transfer ownership unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
CLAUSE 15
15. Articles, Educational Content and Downloads
Articles, checklists, workshops, mentoring content and learning resources are provided for general educational and informational purposes.
They are not legal, financial, medical, tax, investment or other regulated professional advice.
You remain responsible for applying information to your own circumstances and obtaining specialist advice where required.
CLAUSE 16
16. Third-Party Links, Platforms and Tools
The Website may link to or use third-party websites, social platforms, analytics tools, forms, messaging services, booking tools, payment services, embedded content or other external technology.
Those services are controlled by their own providers and may have separate terms, privacy practices, availability and security conditions.
A link, mention or integration does not automatically mean I endorse or control the third party.
CLAUSE 17
17. Website Availability and Security
The Website is provided on an availability basis. Continuous, uninterrupted or error-free access is not guaranteed.
Access may be limited, suspended or changed for maintenance, security, technical, legal or operational reasons.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot legally be excluded.
CLAUSE 19
19. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, I will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential loss arising from Website use, inability to use the Website, reliance on general content, third-party services, malware, data loss or unauthorised access.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including liability arising from fraud, wilful misconduct or other non-excludable responsibility.
Liability relating to a paid engagement will also be governed by the applicable written service terms.
CLAUSE 20
20. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for reasonable loss, claim, cost or expense arising from your unlawful use of the Website, infringement of another person’s rights, unauthorised submission of material or material breach of these Terms.
CLAUSE 21
21. Events Beyond Reasonable Control
I will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including platform outages, internet or hosting failure, government action, natural events, public emergencies, labour disruption, cyber incidents or failure of third-party providers.
CLAUSE 22
22. Suspension and Termination of Access
Website access or communication may be restricted, blocked or terminated where reasonably necessary to address misuse, harassment, spam, security risk, legal obligations, non-payment under a separate engagement or material breach of applicable terms.
Clauses that are intended to continue, including intellectual property, liability, confidentiality, dispute and payment provisions, will survive termination where applicable.

If a provision conflicts with a mandatory legal requirement, that requirement will apply to the extent of the conflict.

26. Severability, Waiver and Assignment
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply, and the affected provision should be interpreted or limited as closely as legally possible to its intended purpose.
